About UP Touchdown Club

Who we are.

The Touchdown Club is comprised of volunteers, mostly parents and coaches, from our community.

What We Do.

We support our football program, players and coaches at Upper Perkiomen High/Middle School. Some of the ways we support the football program:

  • Provide Gatorade for the team for all games
  • Plan and host weekly team meals
  • Purchase football equipment
  • Sponsor the end of season banquet
  • Other essentials not covered by the athletic department’s budget

The TD Club encourages you to get involved!

We do realize that we all have family obligations and hectic schedules; please consider your strengths and volunteer, the degree of involvement is up to you. Please keep in mind the present board members and volunteers will be moving on. We will need the future Tribe parents to take over their roles (board members and volunteers). It is our hope that our traditions will continue to flourish.

The Touchdown Club was built on a lot of hard work from our volunteer staff (past and present) to get where we are today. We cannot do it without your help and support. We have multiple areas where volunteer opportunities are needed and we are asking if each family would participate in at least one committee per player.

PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR PLAYER WITH THE GIFT OF TIME!

We welcome all to attend our meetings held at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of every month at The East Greenville Fire Co meeting room.

The Touchdown Club looks forward to meeting you!
Below are some of the areas where volunteers can make a difference!

  • Season kickoff & Community Pep Rally – help to plan, coordinate and run the pep rally for all fall sports teams and the community to come together to celebrate
  • Fundraising – raising funds is critical in order to continue to build the program and provide players with the essential gear and other equipment needed. Volunteers are needed at all fundraising events.
  • Sponsorship – we rely on sponsorships from local businesses to help us build the program and provide opportunities for players. Volunteers are needed to contact potential sponsors
  • Banquet – planning, set up, clean up
  • Alumni relations – help to contact past players, maintain stats and coordinate the Alumni Banquet
  • Middle School and Youth Football Team Representatives – active member who works with the club to make connections and build the bridge from youth all the way to high school
  • Tribe Store – Work at the tribe store during home games

We are looking forward to a great season and we welcome your support!
